In gold ranked it is common to have 2-4 radars in every game. That is 30-50 % of ships have radar. Just saying. If this effect is increased any more, DDs can no longer approach any enemy ships to within 10-12 km. This is nerfing DDs to the point their effectiveness may become questionable. Now baBBies of course will love this. I think it is another case of WG wanton destruction of this game

Yep, radar is getting too common. RU radar is already an infestation in ranked.

PR is heavily dependent on damage. So, if you have a play style that does not emphasize farming damage, your PR will be lower. For example I am a DD main (51% of battles DD) with a focus on hunting and killing enemy DDs and contesting caps. My WR is good, but my PR is average.

I hunt torp DDs and they do get surprised by me. If you run no risk of being surprised, you are behind your fatties and thus are much less useful.
