I voted 6, because it was already clear they did not give a f*ck. Their strategy over the past year or 2 has clearly been to churn customers and try to sell some overpriced crap to each new one. Thus, customer retention and satisfaction is low on their list of priorities. As they have a toxic corporate culture, that means they don't even have to make an effort to seem to be nice. And they feel comfortable to visibly act as the sh!ts they are. That's what it is. Don't have any illusions it will be different. They are incapable of different behaviour. Firms with a toxic culture rarely change, they just die at some point.

Also, WG uses unfair trading practices that do attract attention from consumer protection agencies. If more countries follow Belgium and ban loot boxes, that would be a useful result.

Well, maybe it will. I work at a regulator, and a 100 complaints like this do tend to get noticed. I just don't know PEGI and if it is any good.
