the Fix is this, go into battle cause at least 1 fire and the mission will come back idk why it doesnt show after the first login or even after playing any battles unless u cause some fires, i had the same problem so i thought i should wait i played a couple of matches with my Nagato and the mission didnt come back i picked my Cleveland and caused some fires and then it came back XD.
