thx to elaborate - current scheme seems be very generous to me, having option to get doublons instead could be nice, and I understand people wanting it, but I dunno if it "should be" here, would be prolly nice but there are so many factors to be included in case to determine if they should and I don;t feel objective for the case enought to weight them all properly to judge should/shouldn't case -

or magazine modification 1 [still testing it, still no detonation since swapping flag for that mod.....] -
that warning shows only when torpedo reaches certain proximity to you, which is very close proximity to any torpedo warning - just the same as if enemy torps that has been spotted early

iirc chappy had like 12.something radar range, although it's radar last very shortly [like 30 secs or so?] so as long as you can keep dodging, you should be ok if catched far enought ok so after few matches in hatsuharu...... I think hatsu is a new mutsuki in a sort of a sense, same torps, slighlty better gun and .5 more in detectability range, I feel that option of torpedo reload booster missing [i totally miss this module] but other than that she's mostly as enjoyable to me as mutsuki used to when she was t6 playtesting of that hatsu have enforced me in opinion that mutsuki should be in the split instead of minekaze - atm I could not see more natural progression that mutsuki->hatsuharu and minekaze->hatsu is basically just the same as old minekaze->mutsuki jump mutsuki->fubuki.... would have to play fubuki more, but I still think that minekaze->mutsuki would have more sens as you have 3 launchers progressing to three bigger launchers instead of two tripples going to 3 tripples....

well I think his point was that he is capable to perform with shima, as well as that other guy was performing with her prior to nerfs, as a reflection of that other guy's argument, that his shima is underperforming when compared to other TX DDs, I may be wrong on this one though -

I don't know, but I have got IJN DDs so no option in a poll fits my opinion on the case -

he means adding percentages instead of adding percentage points although flags and skill adds percentage points instead of percentages so it is not like semantics matters that much -
first I'll correct you I ain't bitching against you, if I am bitching I am bitching about your bitching about everything [ok I admitt I just glazed over your post and noticed "very good stats from when torping was..." and jumped little to conclusion as I promised yo earlier to not waste my time on arguing with someone who thinks that incomplete set of numbers is ultimate indicator of ones knowledge, and experience] so no contrast here - I am talking from experience as well - experience different than yours, but stil practical experiecne gained in those battles I have played, and those battles I have seen reviewed by some of YTers I am watching that was in regard of Icey, not you as he has already got few pages of "I haz better stats than you so I am right u noob so stfu" posts when people were whining on how torpedosoup is op "plz nurf ijn dds" I have just got myself a fubuki xD and I've got my kagero last month mostly because the arp takao mission required t9 ship to complete back when I was making decisions and now I'm sitting here talking on forums while trying to make decision If I want to give a try to type F3 yuugumo [haven't fitted f3 on kagero earlier due to silver going other places] or if I should first start to farm my way to akizuki.....

probably from forums but then it is nice to know that mr "hurrdurr I'm better then you hence I am right" have got his shiney stats on shima back in her most glorious days and haven't touched her since, while being so vocal on how I am noob and stuff while playing already nerfed kagero xD [and now choices choices... test out yuugumo, or start out right the farm form aki......] EDIT: mutsuki torps on hatsu xD

I liked old hastu and I will see in a moment if I'll like new one...... not getting in time to buy all the modules was a mistake though it seems.....

I am yet to meet an USN player being able to manevuer enought to for me to not reliably hit grand most of my hits from IJN DD.... although most of them I meet seems to forgotten that open gunfights require manevuering at all.... welp I shall see once I'll get to play, currently patching up the game

welp we have a saying over here, that even salomon won't get you drink out of empty vase and your posts by itself contain very little "logic reason", so if there is any logical reasoning behind your opinion, you are skipping the step of explaining it and get triggered when someone asks you to explain it as for "whole IJN DD line is nerfed" I have one counterargument here t6 before: mutsuki 2x1 guns 2x3 torps t6 main line now: fubuki 2x2 guns 3x3 torps I'd call this one a straight up buff, but I didn't lurked into comparision of other stats that may balance it out [like detectability range]

what I find weird though is when someonew is whining on how his ship sucks, and his stats tell an extremely different story on this matter

[1] still higher than global average, so considering my derpy days and low match counts I'm doing good [2] have never equipped a torpedo with more than 10km range, and I rarely die to an enemy DD - usually I'm dying to cruisers, or focused fire of approx half of enemy team [sometimes to german BB secodnaries] [3] out of us two I am not the one here who whines on how his ship is worst ever [4] if I were to teorise based on what you say here on forums and crosscheck it with your stats [first thing that comes to mind is that someome else is writing and someone else playing, but lets assume this not being the case] I'd say you sneak past enemy DDs and spam yer torps at big juicy targets, but I have already told ya how ra numbers can be misleading right? [5] you can also sneak by them, been there done that on ocasion [6] welp let me summarise it your line of "bright arguments" so maybe you will realise what kind of things you are spewing here, ok? I know what I m, talking minekaze was my main moneymaker for a while if you payed attemtnion I said: same torps but minekaze dances better and actually have usable guns, and I'd not call difference in MM here doing all that much difference, althought you may have a point here and then you keep repeating "the ship is completely overpowered" and yet you have provided very little in any actuall argumentation supporting your claim... oh wait you even said that you have no FACTS to support this you just FELT like it was "disgustingly OP" when driving it so maybe you should stop trying to sell here your "feelings" as a facts, mkay?

technically speaking there are mods out there to hide camos, although other would stil l see you wearing it so I'm not sure if thats what you wanted..... [PS. afaik mod works on very simple basis of swaping texture of all camos for the one that is interpreted by a game as "nothing to be applied" atm not sure if it was just full transparent, or full black or what] as for topic itself - no difference to me, really

multiple greatly varying playstyles can generate same set of those numbers regardless of understanding of game mechanics, nor knowledge of the game the other one may try his best to carry the game in very skillfull matter, but because of total lack of support of his team, and because of other team knowing their stuff and cooperating, may be blown out of the water, without acomplishing much more in those stats visible and the other one may just be unlucky, go to the cap point and run into a speculatively launched torp which detonates him - generating same result raw numbers in this case without gameplay context can be very misleading, and that was point of my remark and btw I din;t intended to tell you how you should play a game - I was merely responding to your response to my response to guy who torped friendly and whined - and now how that speaks of him? you said that spotting and capping "is not my only role", so I have replied to you with list of roles I feel obliged to perform in the ships I play, even specified for which branch this set of roles was meant [btw random question - how going back to mess spread of CV drops as a high tier USN drops is putting you into position when you are forced to take a big risk of torping yer teammates? ] because I ain't unicum enought to carry potatoes that dies faster than I can reload torps, because I can;t influence battle much if I die due to my teammates letting me down when I performed task needed to win [for examply early capping, call for support, whole team is "sure sure ok support this guy on cap" but when focused fire is needed to take out that radarboat broadsiding to all of them suddenly no one cares I could list similar cases for a long as on average I meet these things every other match they were quite specified from the very beginning >.> contaxt, brah context as for breaking up quotes like this - I see alotta of folks doing this everywhere and I haven't yet seen any mod even frowning upon this..... and it is easier to respond to specific points in the post this way especially since those posts over here tends to have alot of different points per post which means adressign each one in efficient matter may get important to avoid misunderstandings

I am tellign you no matter how other attributes will be, alotta of people will say that t8 kagero is unplayably nerfed in comparision to t8 fubuki only because of 2x4 torp launchers instead of 3x3 for me it's fair deal although if you are so sure that you won't like t8 kagero, nor t6 fubuki, you can always file the support ticket askign for refunding the camo - considerign circumstances I'd think they would be willing to refudn you price of original t8 perma camo at the cost of removal of both perma-camos given out as compensation..... EDIT: no I won't, thanks EDIT2: *looks at egoleter's post* you see, told ya it will happen

my blind guess here, so dont; take my word on that: your hatsuharu cap during retraing with become fubuki specialised cap in the process of retraining to akatsuki, and here the tricky part starts - the cloned cap - will he have starting expies as if it was added for downtiered mutsuki, or will it have expies of one given for downtiered hatsu? O.o
