Imho its a must have in usn dd's , when fighting in usn dd's you have to utilize your smoke which means you will get torps comming into that smoke , and when knife fighting other dd's spotting his torpedoes gives you time to plan ahead of how to dodge and keep guns on target. I feel its a must have on usn dd's I tested it without it and it was a bad experience for me i will even trade it for superintendent and use premium consumables but i have both so it does not matter . Some people say you can negate having to take it but its a firm believe for me i need it on that class

As XTHD said maybe you where locked on the the Bismark infront and shot at the one in the back that would explain this, use x to switch targets before shooting to lock onto the new target first And when firing at german bb's aim at the top of the hull above armor belt as some or most your shells would plunge into water and not citadel them anyway.

Utility Perfect build for Fletcher but cant counter RPF Ebola Tenesmus Build Counters RPF and Added adrenaline rush for increased DPM as you lose health I just dont know what build to do , im think towards utility build and [edited] build

How about buff cv so when you have a ship target locked the Duel purpose guns dont work . How can you shoot at an ship and planes at the same time?

Its seems ok but vigilance saved my butt a couple of times , i really like that skill especially vs us torpedoes with those low detection numbers . And makes u basically immune to IJN torps. I am having a hard time ignoring that skill. The passive build in smoke without vigilance and you will eat torps. You can avoid being torped in smoke with positioning , but what about random torpedoes ?

Well i hate eating a random torp and its usefull for cap engagements, but survival expert is also a good choice
