They made a system which checks how many uptier battles you had then you get top tier battle , its a significate different algorithm change @loppantorkel T9 seems like the sweet spot now -

Dunq has nice AP pen and after the 2 second reload buff has a good enough reload especially when AR kicks in. I find it better than Mutsu because dunq ap is much better, what u cant ap you burn down , but it is not everyone's type of ship.

I have to agree a bit with u , it has good disp at times, but it can still be plagued with bad dispersion , maybe increase reload a small margin instead

Problem is how do you play close range in the t10 with colberts/smolensk/haragumo's now available. Pushing up in t10 (Now matches are almost pure 10 after mm changes ) is mostly suicide.. So you need some accuracy to deal with this snipping meta

Average damage in the t6 now is 85k dmg in 7 games 2 of which was a full t8 match , strong ship for good players -

Yes sure, not sure about Benham reaction times on torps since i know they are not exactly Fletcher torps now, but they are a bit of rng if you dodge or not , and grozovoi torps have even a lower reaction time making them devastating even if you expect them

Fletcher torps are some of the harder torps to dodge in a dd making 16 of them scary to face.

I can hit a cruiser across the map that sails in a strait line with a USN bb , using the dynamic cross-hair I also uninstalled the game thanks to wg stupid mm , every game is a landslide, i have been away for 10 - 15 days now , feels good man -
