yeah i know fire prevention was a mistake, but now i cannot change it (i dont have doubloons and i wont pay) . situational awareness is nice, i have tried it . but i was waiting for my captain to get xp and i never got it in my NO. I was thinking of going all the way to the 5th captain skill if i skip vigilance/Supernintendo .

Hello fellow captains. So here is my question. i am planning on buying the Baltimore in the next few days (currently finishing the new orleans, just 11k xp to go) and i want to ask the more experienced captains of those tiers (9-10) which captain skill to acquire. I have in my New orleans captain these skills : Of course i am going to transfer him to Baltimore and later on Des Moines. i was thinking of getting the Vigilance for the torp detection range. Should i get it or maybe wait to get a better captain skill ?

Well, i have 3 def. fire charges 4 fighters and 2 radars. in tier 9 i will also have 2 repair party charges. I feel like i dont need more of them . I prefer something more usefull (IMO) than a simple charge of repair party. Thats why i thought of torp detection range (more shimakazes to fight)
