I feel that the "recent" Des Moines buff was totally unnecesary. it was already one of the best cruisers, and now its even better, while the Moskva still sits in the back as the worst T10 cruiser. Where is the love for the ship of mother Russias capital? She is Garbage in my opinion compared to the other Cruisers.
