You moved your captain to a new silver-ship and started retraining him on this ship (almost halfway done). On Aigle he does not need to be trained and has full access to all perks (check). You can progress his training to new silver-ship while playing him on Aigle, though.

Grundsätzlich feuert die Sekundäre nur auf Ziele, die sie sieht - also Gegner, die "offen" sind. Legst Du einen Nebel und wirst dadurch unsichtbar, feuert sie nicht mehr auf Dich. Legst Du aber Nebel und wirst durch Hydro/Radar/Smoke-Firing-Penalty/Proxyspot trotzdem aufgemacht, feuert sie wieder, auch wenn Dich der Gegner mit der Sekundärartillerie gar nicht selbst der "Aufmacher" ist. Liegt eine Insel zwischen Dir und der Sekundärartillerie, wird das Feuer für gewöhnlich auch unterbrochen bzw ist nicht möglich. Und, wie @CastorTolagi anmerkt kann es auch sein, dass Du "unsichtbar" mit Sekundärartillerie beschosssen wirst, wenn z.B. zwischen Dir und dem Gegnerschiff Nebel liegt, Du aber anderweitig "offen" bist - auf die Sekundäre gibt es nämlich keine "Smoke-Firing-Penalty".
