Easy mathematics: You can get guaranteed 1200 Coal (3 ressource-containers with one coal-container) from daily containers plus 2x200 Coal for doing both daily-mission-chains - so it's 1600. If you are lucky this extends to 3600 coal from containers (very unlikely to have 3x 3x400) plus the 400, so 4k a day. Special events and SC for additional coal are ofc not foreseeable.
