you did a full reset, you have to regrind all ships.

As told in Bulletin you can do Directives for a Perma-Camo on Mikojan and trade in the token for (in this order): Mikojan (T5 Prem), Tallinn (T8), Riga (T9) and some perma-camos for Tallinn, Riga and T10 Petropawlowsk (which will then be available with 9.5).

Tech-Trees will change, but the T10 won't be available or Moskva touched then.

Each four weeks usually a major patch arrives - 9.3 was on April 9th, so most probably 9.4 is on May 7th and then 9.5 on June 4th. But I think it'll be June 11th as CB-Season lasts until June 8th.

Yes, it is and was not intended thay you get russian cruisers on PTS. I think there was a reward of four event-containers on live which will you give token for live-server with upcoming event. Usually you cannot access "new ships" on PTS at all, as it's not final before release - and this PTS focus on submarine-stuff primarily.

Yes, they're gone. There's no "rewards" for Live-Server from PTS despite the given missions.

Das wäre zumindest völlig neu und wäre erwähnt worden. Ich gehe schwer davon aus, dass einfach T9 und T10 zusammen fahren und auch so gematched werden - aber halt 1:1 nach Stufe/Klasse. Aber dafür ist das nächste "richtige" Ranked doch auf T7 (enthält Sarkasmus)....

you're not the first to report, it's known and they're working on a fix. There were already topics here about it, yes. It's quite obvious that armory just "looks" into your armory if there's an unmounted LM and not into the modules you already attached to a ship ^^ This is ofc a bug an Support will handle if you buy a module you already own (whyever).

Check Aoba if you researched B-Hull which is needed to progress to Myoko. And I'm sure it's not the case.
