This was fixed on Saturday morning already server-side - that's why you have to do one battle for ingame-values to update.

If I'd be rude I'd suppose alcohol for your "double-view" - but there's no CV/Hybrid/whatever-plane-thrower which can have two attacking squadrons up in parallel (there's even no key for switching squadrons btw ) ;-)

Yamato und Montana sind z.B. vielvielvielviel länger im Spiel, als eine Vermont und folglich ist Deine "Statistik" ziemlich unaussagekräftig. Und zum Einwand des Rewinds: Er hat völlig Recht. Es gibt Schiffe, die werden/wurden früher halt nur "verfügbar", wenn man gut bzw. beim Beispiel Stalingrad exklusiv an das Schiff kam. Das waren die "richtig Guten" dann, die die Statistiken schufen. Im Laufe der Zeit und dem Verweichen der Ressource Stahl (bekomm heute quasi jeder mit T6-Schiff ja) - geht das nach unten. Von daher: Ich verstehe, worauf Du hinaus willst, aber das, was Du zu erreichen suchst (mMn) wirst Du nicht finden. Und schon gar nicht auf die Art und Weise beweisen.

So in etwa. Vor allem, damit man Sachen mit Humor nimmt und auch Spieler, die sonst wenig bis keine Errungenschaften erreichen, welche bekommen. Wie schon bei diversen Events zuvor. und das in/über welchem Zeitraum? Oder vergleichst Du hier "uralte" Schiffe mit relativ neuen? Falls ja: Denk' drüber nach, wie sinnvoll die Statistik ist...

Working as always. You can just use e.g. the XP on a T6 to proceed to T7, not from T5. Other option (not recommended) is to convert the XP with doubloons to FXP and use it.

WG cannot do anything in this case but it's strange that Steam doesn't have anything in their WoWs-Community-Section. Did you already try the check&repair on steam? Some users report that this can help.

Yes, you're right in general - if there's problems with steam you can use WGC ofc. But I think the OP asked the other way round how to use Steam with WG(C)-Account - but maybe it's too early and too few coffees here ;-)
