If they aren't for sale or available in game at the time of the promotion it's simple, it's false advertisement and it need to be reported.

strafing works, on fleeing torp squadrons not on the ones who are preparing the attack, and that sucks. I also noticed that my fighters got stuck multiple times when initiating the attack or finishing the run making them flying pinatas.

I was in the red in my DD with 3 ships firing at me, a cruiser in front (<1km) full life was showing me his broadside, I killed both of us

The hamsters got citadel'd, WE NEED TO SAVE THE HAMSTERS. -
BB very long reload times and armor angling makes getting a citadel hit very hard to get against good players, it mostly boils down to not showing your broadside to the BBs

Don't worry, it's even worse with the kawachi, getting a citadel is a miracle, my shots almost never hit where I aim and have a 100m+ spread at 2~3 km it's ridiculous. From time to time i'm matched with rank V, when that happens i'm a floating XP pinïata.
