I assume you gonna ignore that the PR raised in comparison to RTS cause the class got far more imbalanced these days, therefore scaling on a whole new level? Well lets look at your development then Oh look! You are one of those Players who trained very well and became real good on CVs all of a sudden. So I guess this Question has been answered then too

Yes, PR isn't worth all the hype. I still have 5 T10 ships that i never touched in random so far, stalin / venezia / kleber / Grozo / kremlin. Then again i have 30 T10s already and maybe 2 more once i get new coupons The PR isn't anything special, its a T10 Alaska with worse dispersion and an additional Turret, thats it. To be honest i feel like getting a wows burnout, i can't keep up with all those grinds + ranked + clan battle and i don't really feel like im missing out on anything either. -

+ 3 can ONLY happen if you div up with ships of different Tiers, and in that case its your own fault. It's as simple as that. There's nothing in the Matchmaker that could / would uptier you by more than 2 tiers (though i think the tier 3 cruiser isnt up to date anymore, the picture is a bit older as some might tell by KITAKAMI ) -

Its always a Matter of proof. If you say he's streaming he's basically delivering it himself. A replay would be better though but for this you would have to encounter this particular player yourself.Throwing yourself on purpose though, expecially multiple times might be something the support is interested in (once again, only with proof). Personally I reported 3 or 4 guys so far for sabotaging my game so far. OFC you won't get to know what exactly will happen here since Data protection laws but you can be assured stuff like shooting teammates while sailing towards the map border or writing some racist stuff in chat is handled accordingly. Jingles featured a replay about it once where a dd got beaten down to 160 hp or so, then sailed 6minutes across the map to a friendly cruiser , rammed into him and told everybody in chat to report him cause " he killed me" And iirc he also mentioned that he had to take a looooooon break from the game for it. -

lost interest the second i saw the spreadsheet on reddit. if you don't play every day its impossible without investing money and since the premium boosters cost 20k instead of the 3k on pts... yeah. Ill enjoy Christmas instead :P -

@Sehales Der Beitrag ist jetzt seit 2 Monaten angetackert und ebenso lange hat man nixmehr davon gehört. Gibt es denn ein Update oder ist erstmal Pause? -
Low Dmg to DDs? Oo I already did various 4k+ salvos. How much Dmg do you need? All in all i must admit that i really like the general playstyle of the zeppelin, she feels really fast and agile. The only thing that needs some tweaking are the AP Bombs. Add a 3rd AP Bomber so that 2 will hit per Run and she will be fine. The alternative would be to get a more precise drop but i don't like that one cause you will run into the same issues as with RTS, Citadels no matter from which angle you strike.

Naja von dem was ich gelesen habe wirst du auch weiterhin IFHE mitnehmen damit du die Schlachtschiffe angehen kannst. Die Montana wird hier nochmal besonders leiden. Ich bin da persönlich hin und hergerissen zwischen "erstmal schauen was wird" und "oh gott bitte nicht wieder son mist wie der cv rework" -
Wäre allerdings für kommende CB seasons mal eine Überlegung wert. Es würde dann so einen Mist wie die 3+ klebers + doppel kremlin + moskva / stalin + smolensk verhindern und mehr Variation reinbringen. Die Kiev Dominanz die Season davor war ja ähnlich dazu.

wasn mit dem zerstörbaren Terrain? :P Da kann man doch recht easy nen Modus drum bauen, nimmste z.B. das allererste IoI und baust nen paar Barrikaden ein, 50% unzerstörbar 50% zerstörbar und dazwischen capzones. Hat dann was von Assault aus Unreal Tournament. -

rn have the best rocket fighters iirc and good torps but their special feature carpet bombing lacks penetration and isnt that good when compared to midway or haku. they also have the highest plane hp but at the same time the lowest number of planes, making them very vulnerable to float planes and fighters. A thing that might happen in the near future is that wg is gonna sell of submarine hunting as a feature of the line. The reason here would be that the carpet bombs on the test server pen subs on periscope depth, basically 1 shotging them

Yeah well the first point is questionable already. You see, WG states that the Midway is weak in comparison with hakuryu and Audacious, while I see the Audacious as the most useless of these 3 tier 10 carriers. Then again the Torpedo Stuff is a home made Issue. When i played on TST in 2018 / 19 you ammo choices switched strongly with the latest aa builds away from DBs and to rockets | torpedos. I already stated with the release of 0.8.0. that nerfing the midway torps + bringing in flooding changes is a really bad idea since this will make torps the worst ammo choice for but hey, here we are! :) Just think about all the loose ends on CVs and then you get a statement from S_O on twitter "we are on a good way". It feels super sarcastic. Fighter Interaction, game mechanics that are exploited to avoid aa, the heal on tbs that has been rendered nearly useless due to new aa mechanis, the way low plane CVs suffer way harder from fighters since they dont deal a fix dmg amount but shoot a certain amount of planes down anyway, the way the reticle F's up when flying over mountains, the fact you can do a 12km Rocket drop when being atop 2 brothers, the way your reticle suddenly jumps if a plane of your attack squad is shot down, the imbalanced ammo choices for most CVs, except IJN Line and Enterprise / Saipan, and therefore imbalanced CV lines (IJN is far superior right now on all Tiers) and the fact your fighters are way more useful for spotting than for actuaclly shooting down planes. And im pretty sure that i still forgot stuff here. Deteriorating Skil is something I've seen over the last 2 years, yes. The Amount of 1sided games is sky rocketing, and in most cases those aren't new players but "veterans" that didnt improve an inch over their last 9k games or so, its super sad. Then there's also the general way of thinking that everybody else is to blame cause they themselves played like gods. Just for example I'm getting reported on a regular basis for "noob cv" cause i didnt permaspot 1 flank or as an atlanta because i didnt yolo rush into a cap where a dd spots me from and 3 bbs aiming at me. The youngest example of "good players" is in my signature But i think its also because ppl develop on a different rate. Speaking just for myself i can regulary hit enemies sitting in smoke or glitching on the map border nowadays, something i definitly wasn't able to on that level 1,5 years back. Easy Ships -> 50/50 i'd say. Smolensk feels just broken but she might also suffer from the latest ST changes, lets see. On the other hand colbert is one of those ships that excel with a great player. A thing i don't like is that everybody is just talking about "russian bias". Yes, I also say that myself But in regard to Clan Battles and the Way the Meta developed this Year. Kremlin / Smolensk / Stalingrad are all very strong cause high dmg + very tanky ( yes i call the smolensk tanky, have fun killing her with a bb below 10 km ) But thats just half the story. The most broken Ships right now, for me, are Kleber and Thunderer. It's really a Myth for me how nobody talks about Thunderer, this Thing is basically a british Slava with better Sustain and without the bad dispersion mechanic in close ranges. Yes, RTS was hard to play, at least on high / competitive Level. Thats why I enjoyed old CVs so much, they where challenging but also rewarding. And it could be hard countered by ships like Wooster / DM / Minotaur through creating a no fly bubble around the caps, effectivly protecting their DDs. A big part here is that Mountains are now solid, at least towards AA. A good change IMHO. now do the same for radar...

If anything they are going to buff them. Not joking here, Midway is already announced to rotate back to old Torpedos. Ships like Saipan or Zepplein could use some love too. But here we are hitting Unicum Issues again that WG doesn't care about -> how well a ship scales with good players. Yes i see the overall statistics, but a spreadsheet can never give you a feeling for the game and i still think this will cost them dearly in the long run. We already had this Issues before the Rework with Ships like kutusov, belfast, stalingrad and in between and after with slava, kremlin, kleber, smolensk. Each of the ships i just mentioned has the POTENTIAL!! to ruin your game just by being on the other team. Yes, there are players that are very bad with those ships and bring the stats down to a somewhat normal level but there are also those evil unicum guys who will just excel on them, be it alone or with a division. There are ships in the game that are just broken by design, and unfortunately this also applies to carriers in general. Now, when my last week looks like this, why do i complain so much expecially about CVs? Multiple Reasons. Obviously they still feel extremly broken and there are tons of Reasons that have been given by Unicums as well as other players. For me its the sheer amount of Control you have over the game. The Thing that was stated as "OP and broken" for RTS but came back twice as hard with the Rework. Not only do you surpress any Sort of flanking in the first 40seconds of the game by spotting the entire enemy fleet, there's noone who could hinder you. There's no more counterplay since AA cruisers lost their fangs and fighter play doesn't work. Im not gonna start with the way map borders work or slingshot cause most of the time you won't need neither of it. You are just a constant thread that cannot be countered cause even if there are 3 ships lumping up -> they can't block your first strike, it's impossible. Has something to do with divisions of different tier levels. Its hard for me to say if ppl div up 7/8 for example cause they dont know better or because they want to smack t5 ships with a t8. So I dont really feel bad when I see a colorado or smth alike in T10, they pretty much asked for it :P -

As a matter of fact these XP modifiers exist. There's no official list though but the Sims is pretty well known for it.
