Disturbing if true. I got the Nueve de Julio out of a free crate + a lot of coal. I certainly hope your's is a fluke and they fix it for you. For me we have just hit 3 weeks since I have submitted my ticket. Apart from the auto-send respsonses, just silence. While I can underdstand it takes time being the holidays and all that, the complete and utter lack of any form of communication from Wargaming is starting to get on my nerves. Also, I can't enjoy the game as much as I should these holidays. I can't use flags to make use of the 200% bonus out of fear of using 1 to many, and have to be very carefull every game I don't use any of the possible rewards. Reading the posts here does not fill me with confidence either....
