Really? Seems you have not played the game . I play with Zao and after patch even hostile cruiser was on 6-7km directly broadside aiming to cruiser citadels area i was not able to give any citadel with 3 salvos. Ridiculous. This patch is big fail. Not talking about other bugs like no smoke from chimney, no HE damage in some cases etc.....
