You are taking this way too personally. I never said I wanted a refund guess why....because I don't. The Blyska is still a lovely ship. What is the problem in agreeing with the nerf and at the same time considering it borderline illegal? And you keep insisting that devs should be protected from their customers when in fact it should AND IS the other way around. Fortunately no matter what your opinion is, there are laws protecting customers from bait and switch tactics for a reason.

Sue for that amount of money would be ridiculous. Terms and conditions are not legally binding if they violate the consumer rights in the country of the user which if you are in EU is very likely the case. They never had to refund because they were not sued. It was the usual WG mess, did the nerf, outcry, they realize they are in a bad place and all of the sudden they offered the possibility for a refund. (which they didn't even bother in WoWS). Edit: I think the SF nerf on the Blyska is good for the game balance, in case anyone cares about my opinion. (at the same time I think it violates consumer rights). Edit 2 : Niibler's EULA: in case you quote me or indirectly reply to me you are hereby obliged to dismiss all your captains.

Ever heard of the refund they had to offer in WoT because of changes in the premium tanks?

According to CV183 here in the thread, it's fine, they can do whatever they want as long as you "earn more credits/XP and can train and re-train captains for other ships" and that is it. Anything else is self entitlement and/or stat padding.

I'm not following the rationale, "If it wasn't advertised it can be changed". I mean, if they don't advertise any stats they are still there from the get go anyway... Edit: Extra thought on the above and I think I got it, it has to do with the "item is not as advertised = refund". But I think it's a different thing from the leased item being changed into something different no matter on how it was advertised or not.

We need more than 3 man divisions AND a MM that deals with those decently. It's more than obvious people want to play together which makes sense in a team based online game.

WG should sell Keyboards in the Premium shop and keep the bug. I for one thought my keyboard was dying and was ready to buy a new one.

EULA does not trump (lol) over LAWS because you can't sign away your consumer rights, even though there seems to be plenty of people that think they can. Legislators were one step ahead and made sure the ignorant can't do it. That said they could probably refund someone and then ban him forever though.

Keyword unavailable, you couldn't use the premium time. If the server is up and running (even if all messed up) and you login they won't refund you. (or at least they didn't refund me). But go for it, open a ticket, maybe some pressure works

In Soviet Russia the micropatch tests you. They don't refund premium days either, I tried it before when there were issues and the game was basically unplayable. Argument is, you used the time so...no refund. (with love from Russia).

Don't think they advertised SF as a feature for the Blyska, I know this was mentioned somewhere but tbh I didn't followed that to see if anyone had proof of that.

Don't think they'll refund you. The argument is easy, the ship you bought is exactly the same, what changed was a game mechanic. But you don't lose nothing for trying, open a ticket and see what they tell you . Got me curious.

Probably trying to inflate DD numbers with the bundle + missions in order to be able to say: "According to our stats the number of DDs in game even went up after the patch which clearly shows the patch was awesome". Anyway, I like the Alabama promo text better: "With sloped thick armour and a torpedo defence system that will make any destroyer flee in tears, Tier VIII Premium USS Alabama can survive many blows."

More in some cases, less in others, probably depending on class, ship and caliber.

Couldn't care less about SF, main problem is being detected for 20s after shooting. Next ranked season gonna be great for sure.

FTFY: 3 with communication vs 3 solo players is only fair if the 3 solo players win.

General feedback: Another half baked patch that caters to a group of players that wants a point and click adventure and not a balanced and challenging experience. Suggestion: Make a spin-off and call it Sailing Simulator use the same ships as in WoWs but remove the guns and profit.

DDs being spotted for 20s after shooting is gonna be great in the next ranked season. Surely DDs will feel very comfortable in moving into caps, being detected by the enemy DD and being shot by everyone for 20s.
