Would never take them to court for such a puny violation of the law. But I won't given them any more pennies, I feel betrayed and you should too, next time if they feel like it they'll take Scharny torps out and one of the turrets...for reasons... Or imagine you buy the new Italian cruiser, the one with 12km torps and in 2 weeks after the sale they decide the torps have now 200m range instead. Would be awesome right?

DD 10s - CA 15s -BB 20s seems reasonable (so will never happen). Seems to me that most likely they would do it: DDs 25s - CA 30s - BB 15s Because you know, the problem is not the problem, the problem is what people imagine the problem is.

For normal HDDs running a defrag once in a while (e.g after every patch) helps on keeping loading times in check.

Yeah I do recognize, accept and understand (and even hope) that they constantly work... but I don't see the explicit connection to "therefore we can change whatever we like in leased virtual items you paid". Ofc the above doesn't matter because at least where I live I can't sign away my rights by agreeing with an EULA. Gonna file an ECC complain just for the lul, it's free anyway.

I like the idea and it is well presented but it will never ever be implemented, the reason is that WG actually sells Real Life™ time by allowing people to pay to progress faster thus having more RL time than others. ;)

The error was not in choosing US CVs but on choosing CVs. WG doesn't want you to play them. Go BBs, can't go wrong with that choice.

Nothing changed. Nerfs done to premiums are visible and announced or they would be datamined and the backlash would be greater.

I don't think it's BS, it would actually help to improve game quality. Also no one said forever right, so WG stocks should be safe. + Is there anything to progress on respecing a 19pt captain? Pay to progress what? I also find it weird that someone is against something free but it's not my fault that some people are happy being whales OR need to feel good for paying what others can't/won't, I'm all cool with that, thanks for helping supporting the game costs. To reiterate, captain re-specs, heavily discounted or free for an extended period would be good for overall game quality.

If you want free doubloons create your own thread but imo the request is not very reasonable.

I support the OP idea, I have a couple captains that I don't wanna respec now because I'm not sure where the meta is going therefore I don't even play those ships. Also, having free respecs would allow different builds to gain some attrition, nowadays and even though the skill tree is better there are mainstream builds that almost everyone uses since they are already tested, no one wants to pay to try something out of their conform zone, free would be nice.

I still agree with you, there would be no right for a refund there. Imagine we buy a Bismarck permanent camo in WoWS now and WG next month decides that Bismarck no longer has guns. We would still not be entitled to a refund on the camo. The inherent characteristics of the leased item (camo) would be exactly the same as they were when we bought it, there was no change on that so no refund.

Wrong. Try to figure out the difference between WoW subscription and a WoWS premium ship and try again. IF the change violates their rights as consumers, they are entitled to ask for compensation no matter what the purpose of said change is. Let me ELI5 that just in case you feel the urge to attack me personally again, while I think the change violates the law I myself have no interest in pursuing compensation, however I can see how others can feel tricked. Agree. - The majority of people don't value their money that much that they care about whatever a Blyska or other premium cost. - They believe EULAs and TCs are law. - They major other class that is actually favored by said change. - They think the nerf was needed. - + all the above I'm looking forward for some nerfs on the Nikolai and Gremy, maybe then they can sell them again, there surely is a lot of demand.
