I have the OS on a SSD and the game on a regular 7200rpm HDD and except in the first map where I load just after the game starts I always load before battle starts. Speaking of which, is there any way to remove the "Battle starts" dong sound/voice? It's loud as hell compared to the rest of the game and pretty annoying after a while.

If the game got boring to you I think there is no turning back, change game! There's plenty of them all over the place.

The Mursmansk now gives less credits simply because HE does less damage now than before. Still a great ship though.

Right or wrong it is done to increase profit, the markets are different therefore different marketing strategies are applied. -
Alternative to some of the (good) ideas in this topic here is a bad one, give the bottom 3 players of the losing team a flag, with a pink chicken. Said flag will appear in the next ranked battle no matter what ship the player is using. Name and shame ftw.

ilhilh you need to sacrifice some hard drives to RNGejuz and he will treat you better , thrown in some USB pens in the sacrifice for good measure too!

WG could even increase the prices of lets say the Tirpitz and Atago in 15% and they would still sell like hot cookies, especially with the ranked season going on. Based on that I have my hopes really low for any really "special" deal, let's see what Friday morning brings to the P shop.

You can give your mummy credit card details to some nice people for only 8€! They even have nice bundles!

I'd rather live with the "exploit" than seeing players in the winning team not getting stars when they likely had a relevant role in the battle, especially because there are a number of ways of being helpful that don't necessarily translate into visible numbers (dmg or xp). That said, if Ranked is a heavy team focus mode I think the merit should go to the team and not individuals or we will end up with the usual "each one for themselves" that would destroy the purpose of Ranked even if that means that here and there complete useless players are being carried. Also regarding the "exploit" nothing prevents some of the players to end up in the enemy team. Note: Rank 5 is not irrevocable.

I just had a Fuso driver state "HE is best for Fuso you noob" while he kept shooting HE at perfect broadside enemy BBs.

Colorado. I'm stuck... Your advice would be much appreciated
Niibler replied to Ferry_25's topic in General Discussion
+1 on that! Regarding the Colorado, it has a very particular playstyle but it's kind of rewarding when you get the hang of it. Like other say it has an excellent armor and it is clearly a brawler so engaging 9-12km or around that is a must in order to have accuracy and it will pack a strong punch! Don't forget to keep angled to other BBs and don't go all Yolo, manage your positioning by planning ahead since it is a slow ship. -

I can has skill based game plox? kk thx bai
Niibler replied to restinpieces's topic in General Discussion
That I agree with you 100%, at this moment one (the MM) might as well try to determine player skill based on a random factor (forum threads) since the stats would not help on that. I intended no second meaning on what I've said (even though I realize now that it could have look like it). -

I agree, it would be easier to determine a player skills based on the type of forum threads he creates. -
While I can imagine why you need someone to explain you how the MM works I think that with time, focus and some dedication you can get there yourself.

Maybe use some of those OP pounds to pay for English classes.

If only people realized this... More often than not we see 5 ships going past a cap point to chase a CV with no planes to the end of the world to finish the game not realizing the xp divided by all is insignificant compared to what they get by capping.

My personal experience in game tells me that most Dreadnoughts have and always had nearly zero intention to get close to a cap point 99% of the time. Some of them just stand still at the start of the game just to assure they won't be anywhere near 1st line. Promoting caps is in my opinion a very good move since under the right circumstances it promotes teamplay and focus the game in a set of objectives. Dreadnoughts tend to last longer in battle (unfortunately for the wrong reasons) so the opportunities to re-cap are there for the taking AND/OR resetting caps from the glorious 20km sniping also gives xp. A meta is a meta, you can adapt your gameplay or not according to it.
