Wenn du auf Schiffe gehen willst machen tatsächlich die Mega-Geschenke viel Sinn. Habe da im letzten Jahr gute Erfahrungen gesammelt. Rein von den Mengen gewisser Drops her gesehen gibt es kaum einen Unterschied - lediglich die "Wertigkeit" der Drops ändert sich von Paket zu Paket. Faktisch sehe ich als einzige Gründe auf die kleinen Pakete zu gehen wenn man wegen Öl einfach numerisch mehr möchte und oder wenn man an den Signalen Interesse hat.

Even at first glance there are numerous differences between the Illinois and the Iowa (in-game models). I´m a bit sceptical about the chosen armament as well... but then again it might just work. Guess thats what testing is for.

Unlike you two apparently quite rich folks I certainly can use the credits - and camos, if you sell them, are credits as well.

Since this is still deep in development I´d almost wager that, as is often the case, the stats are subject to change. And with a mechanic like this I´m pretty sure there will be adjustments before this comes even close to release. So I give this a raised eyebrow at most; gotta wait a bit and see where this goes.

Considering my haul from last year its safe for me to say that the last few empty spots from the ship list will be filled, accompanied by lots of valueable resources. The only thing from the drop list I won´t really need is premium time - got quite the supply of that already. And to give credit where credit is due: thanks @22cm for the info, appreciate it.

Oddly enough subs have found their playerbase. And may I remind you that not everybody who plays also frequents this forum. Last but not least, just because the haters are more vocal they are not the defining factor nor the clear majority. Since this discussion has been done to death I´ll simply skip the rest this time and leave you with this: Rage all you want, subs are here to stay and more are coming. And as long as you play you basically validate the game as-is. And if you don´t play... what the he** are you still doing here? See ya. Or not. P.S.: I don´t even play them that much myself. Just because you and a few others seemingly get some perverted pleasure out of hating on those vessels doesn´t mean noone likes them. Besides, I take it you haven´t seen the dev blogs about the upcoming british and russian sub lines? With all that denial you harbor. I was wondering about the 4501 as well these days, at least I know now we shouldn´t expect her release anytime soon.

The Schroder strikes me as a mid- to close-range heavy support cruiser. Basically a smaller uptiered Bismarck. Looking forward to this ship.

Considering Yodo is only used by those who were willing to shell out 20k dubs for it I´d say her numbers aren´t fully representative yet. Expect a clearer picture once Yodo becomes available as a tech ship mid january.

I´ve seen what clever cruiser captains can do with those dutch airstrikes, with Tromp it should be easier due to its improved concealment. And torpedoes too? Count me in.

Never. EVER. Sell a premium /special / rare ship. Unless you want a high chance to get the same ship again from some random drop instead of maybe a ship that actually might interest you. Also don´t sell T10 vessels, they are at the very least worth one super container and one gift certificate per year, if for one reason or another you don´t play them otherwise. Getting credits can be a bit... drawn out, depending on what game mode you play, what bonuses you got mounted and how well you and or your team do. Still, selling T10 / T11 ships and the aforementioned special ships should be the very last resort if you are REALLY that tight for credits.

Looking at the results and replies so far it seems the Battle Pass can be considered a success, not only for WG and their bank account but for many players as well. Good stuff.

Do you have some compulsive premium ship buying disorder? Nobody forces you to buy anything. The only actual vote one has in regards to offered premium content is whether or not one thinks its worth the money. You like it, you buy it. Don´t like it or you´re not sure, don´t buy it. Did anyone force you to buy Maya? It was clear as day what this ship is from the first announcement. How about you inform yourself about a new release and then actually THINK about if you wanna buy it or not. This posting is the most ridiculous thing I´ve read in a while. And thats saying something, especially on this forum.
