The text unfortunately can be a bit misleading in this case - they just slapped the standard "early access" label on this ship and the Patrie. Technically it is in "early access" for those who got it during the auction, everyone else has to wait until the release of update 0.11.9. Then again, if you do pay attention it says "missions, armory OR various activities" - and I do think the lighthouse auction qualifies under "various activities", so the text IS accurate. The only problem is that the text does not differentiate between available and unavailable options to get the ship. Since the auction is clearly over, the only option to get it for now has passed.

So, in essence, the OP complains about the fact that, unlike in many cases in this forum, the Youtube- and Twitch comments do get moderated in case some a**hats decide to take things too far. Just goes to show what happens when certain individuals abuse free speech for spouting aggression and BS. Complaining about getting axed after you apparently went one step too far is, at the very least, extremely pathetic and reveals more of your true colors. Worried about "not a good look"? Looking at some people both in-game and in this forum I actually do, at times, prefer bots over human players. Bots have the advantage of being quite consistent in their gameplay (they arent good, but they hold their own level) and most importantly they don´t bit** about anything and everything.

And who are you to make such a grand determination? You know your statement lacks the keywords "in my/our opinion", right? Thus said statement presents itself as a fact; this is either a mistake in presentation or an egocentric and highly arrogant assumption. And who is this "we" anyway? Are you the spokesperson for some collective? Or is this yet more arrogance on your part? As for the ship in question: whether or not Anhalt is "good" or "bad" is rather subjective. There are a parameters that define the ships operational capacities; those however only determine the strenghts and weaknesses compared to other vehicles. So in all fairness the ship can be defined as "strong against" and "weak against". If the weaknesses clearly overshadow the strengths then the ship is objectively bad - this however is not the case. Its effective power is situational as well as dependant on the skipper and installed equipment. In other words: I´m pretty sure the Bayard I one-shotted yesterday won´t consider calling Anhalt weak. The Parseval however which repeatedly struck might think differently.

Er meinte "normal" in der Waffenkammer. Sodass man den Coupon nutzen kann. Angebotsschiffe fallen da ja leider raus, auch wenn sie für Dublonen drin sind. Ein faires Video, hier wird sehr gut erklärt wo die Anhalt punktet und wo sie Nachteile hat.

How about doing the Musashi? As in, make Washington a T7 premium. She´d stand out by design alone. Even radar would be a neat gimmick here, as there aren´t that many ships that have it at T7. Just dumb down a few of her parameters compared to the NoCal, slap on said radar and ta-da! With some history to her name this would be an interesting offer.

Still ignoring Flamu, Mountbatton basically lost credibility points when he implied Brandenburgs guns are better than those on Anhalt. - Anhalt can reliably use AP - The extra turret and higher caliber make at least her main battery more powerful than Brandenburgs´ In the end though all this feels a bit like the recent release and reviews for the new Saints Row game: so-and-so says its bad, so it has to be bad, no matter if there are others who say it aint that bad and actually has a lot good. Some people seem to be hell-bent on proving something is bad, it has to be, how dare others have a different opinion! Anhalt, like the current Saints Row, is not great. It has its problems. But both are far from the train wrecks some people make them out to be. The key difference is your own taste, what YOU want to see in a ship/game. Thats one reason I recommended the Daily Bounce review; it gives the ship a fair shot. I´m having fun with Anhalt. I´m having fun with Saints Row. If people play them and discover they don´t like it, thats ok. If people look at given info and decide they dont wanna try it, thats ok. But dont go around shitting on the ship/game as if its the worst thing to ever arrive on our computers, especially when your only "proof" are exclusively others who clearly dont like it.

In case you haven´t noticed, World of Warships is NOT just a playground for the virtual naval elite - and you can be glad about this, as YOU probably wouldn´t be allowed in either then. So some people don´t have much clue and just play for some fun. Oh shocks. FUN! Can´t have that, we´re all serious here, aren´t we ? Listen, I sure ain´t celebrating when people do... shall we say, tactically and or strategically stupid stuff. I wanna win just as much as the next person. But then again I´m far from being "perfect" as well, so I rarely judge. Sometimes I get a bit angry, but this usually stems from me having a already not-all-that-relaxing day.

Happy anniversary! A lot has happened - with some hefty downs and some solid ups - and indeed more is yet to come... which is a damn good thing, I´m not done with this game yet. And I agree, graphics do look amazing. Just had a stunning battle yesterday, with the moon casting a beautiful shimmer across the marvellous waves while the lighting on my ship (Tirpitz with Magnu-S camo) added its own stylish touch. Thanks for everything! Overall it´s been 7 good years, let´s go for the next 7. Action Stations!

Please don´t tell me you consider Flamuu a credible source for anything other than overblown fits of rage on a game that, according to him, regularly fails on practically almost every level - yet he still plays it quite frequently and it forms the center attraction of his twitch channel. Calling Anhalt "refund material" is an exaggeration at best - and only applicable if you buy this ship without looking at some data first, expecting god-knows-what and then getting angry when the ship fails to deliver on your fantasies. I have Anhalt, I played her, and I can confirm her pen abilities are decent. Not great, but certainly not "refund material" poor. Anhalt ain´t as easy-to-learn as the Bismarck-class ships but she has her appeal.

Nun, auf dem Papier ist die Tirpitz das bessere Paket. Tirpitz hat mehr secondaries, höheren HB Kaliber, mehr Torpedos und eine etwas robustere Panzerung (allen voran was Zitadellenschutz angeht), Tirpitz ist auch schneller und beweglicher. Die Anhalt punktet in erster Linie wirklich mit ihrer massiven HB. Der Vorteil des geringeren Kalibers ist das man hauptsächlich gegen Kreuzer weniger Overpens produziert - und zusammen mit der nahezu doppelten Anzahl an Geschossen in einer vollen Salve kann das schonmal schweren Schaden bis insta-kill bedeuten. So geschehen gestern Abend bei einer unglücklichen Bayard, die knapp 17 km entfernt breitseitig beim drehen immerhin 11 der 15 Granaten gefressen hat (3 davon Zita) und somit von 100% hp direkt zurück in den Hafen befördert wurde. Auch gegen Schlachtschiffe kann man soliden Schaden landen. Die Anhalt hat auch einen etwas besseren Tarnwert was auch nicht zu verachten ist.# Anhalt bringt einen etwas anderen Spielstil, da man gerade zu Anfang noch etwas mehr Abstand halten sollte; man kann aber auch durchaus mal nah ran, dafür ist sie "deutsch genug", sozusagen. Geschmacksfrage, denke ich. Pflichtkauf ist Anhalt meiner Meinung nach nun nicht. Aber sie ist durchaus zumindest den Basispreis wert.

What can I say... I´m an oddball at times. As in "runs a secondary build on Shikishima" oddball at times. Guess me not fitting the box is one of the reasons why I see fun where others see annoyment.

Among the few SC I opened so far I was actually lucky to get T6 carrier Bearn + 10p commander; been thinking about adding this ship for a while, now I got her for free. Nice. EDIT: I hope they keep this system that allows you to "blow out" several ships in one go; I appreciate this greatly. Its like I always say: WoWs anniversary and christmas are the big thank-you events for all those that are veterans and or collectors in this game. You get a ton of free stuff on top of the usual bits and bops just for having lots of ships and playing the game as usual.
