If they are as proficiant in plane usage as you then yes,they'll be at the bottom. If they know how and when to use them they'll be at the top

Without the numbers (increased drop speed (which stacks with plane altitude) / increased area / increased amount of bombs ) it is impossible to see if this is a global nerf or global buff. What does strike me is that this is a clear alpha strike weapon. A mechanic WG argued was bad on RTS CVs and as such had to be removed. So why do you return this now?

Again LOL. Most ships cannot defend against CVs. A common respinse I then get from CV players: group up for strong AA. So why should CVs be able to defend against DDs? Get your teammates to do it. Even more LOL @El2aZeR wanna have a laugh?

So you missplayed as a CV because you allowed a DD to come up close. And now you want secondaries to be buffed so they can kill the DD... Yep, sounds like a WG thing: if player is too potato to deal with something, and an automated defense system to help said player. Those hardcore players will save a CV worth saving, meaning that if such a CV got caught because he just played poorly he isn't worth saving. Also, lol at you claiming in your posts that CVs are balanced and than you come up with this bolded sentence. A DD already risks his ship by approaching a CV. Most DDs will spot the CV before being able to launch torps (hint: this means the CV is being informed someone is spotting him, combined with map awareness he knows if it is a DD or not). Again, lol at your bolded sentence... what risks do CV hulls take when striking all over the map?

So you are saying that one of the best CV players @El2aZeR cannot say CVs are OP because he has super unicum stats. Moreover, to follow your train of thought, he cannot say they are OP because he almost exclusively plays CVs so he doesn't suffer from CVs? In your mind Vettel cannot say that the Mercedes F1 cars were OP compared to the other cars the last seasons because he used to be world champion in F1? They are indeed making the game "interesting" for the masses by removing more and more skilkbased aspects.
