There is a flaw in that logic: OP proposes to change three upgrades of the same type for one. As they are rare, it's less likely to get the same three ones ( that is of course if WG hasn't messed with the drop ratios between the different upgrades ). So if you really want to switch three for one, sure, why not?

Eventually they should come up with an answer, preferably BEFORE the patch going live on the servers

Well, nearly got team torped by a Roon yesterday ( yes he was second line ). But I decided to dodge them and not yell about is cause he supported me in the opening stages of the battle. Turned out to be the right choice as he hugged me the entire game and provided a lot of support fire. Everyone makes a mistake, most notably in this case cause I was doing some weird manoeuvers to dodge incoming fire ( and he was torping a BB in smoke in his range ).

Now sir, I did some cleaning up and came to the essentials of your wall of text. You list 4 traits and on all of them you say: good. Do the same for all other BB and you won't get the same result, there'll be at least one trait where the answer will be bad. Therein lies the OPness of the Conqueror, not in the separate traits but in combining them all in one ship. As for your little story about HE, you say every HE shell does damage ( Izumo ring a bell ? ) and a few lines afterwards you say HE spamming doesn't work. So then what exactly is the problem with HE shells penning and doing damage?

Very well, if you do that extrapolation I assume said player has kept all his printscreens ready to prove it as well. So OP, bring on the evidence...

You asked a double question: - Do you play solo, - Do you wonder when you can get the oil you earned So people answering "no" two times will answer "no", people answering "yes" two times answer "yes". But what about people answering any combination ( yes / no - no / yes ). What should they anwser? Your question is poorly phrased thus you cannot draw a decent conclusion ( your first non-bolded line). Those poeple answering "yes" might be: - Playing solo but not wondering when they get the oil; - Playing in a clan and indeed wondering when they get the oil; - Playing solo and indeed wondering when they get the oil. Moreover, you didn't ask anything along the lines: Are you demotivated for not recieving oil in your account? Yet you come up with the conlusion that WG are going to demotivate people, an unfounded conclusion cause no relation to your question. And last, you state that nearly 1 / 5 are being excluded. That's just another way of saying: I lost but I don't want to admit defeat. I don't want to admit that nearly 4/5 people responding to this poll disagree with my POV.

I believe WG are still "collecting data" so they are unable to judge if those boats are OP or not. And for the high tiers they'll probably claim that we don't have enough people playing them just yet. So keep the HE spam going boyz...

I really don't understand all the secrecy surrounding this feedback. Is it really that hard to explain the exact method of obtaining the feedback? @MrConway just explain the communicty in detail how it was obtained and provide the summary WG compiled of it. What is wrong with that? Just remove clan names and nobody can blame anyone. Why do I care: any feedback that isn't properly managed aka same base of topics and questions with some degree of freedom ( but not too much, cause the, you stear people in a direction ) will just provide you with very biassed feedback that is useless. The fact that WG is keeping all of this under NDA is just ridiculous and makes my conspiracy senses tingle Any CA will have at least a skill / module for AA at tier 10. So by excluding those from the CW you are nullifying those modules and skills without giving people a choice to fit / train them or not. In randoms you have a choice, in these CW you don't, the skills and modules are USELESS. And that lack of choice ( will I fit against CV or not ) is the major difference between T8 random / team battles / competitive fits and this situation: the lack of a choice. Yes it boils down to probably different fits, but for a whole different reason. And the fact that WG have neglected to think about this ( but it can happen, everyone makes mistakes or forgets things ) and after a week still haven't come up with a solution just feels like yet another unfinished product.

The entire map is under radar coverage? Seriously, do tell me what you are smoking cause it's some good ****. For starters: there's only limited places where a radar ship can position to use radar from safety, thus severly limiting the radar coverage. A radar ship in the open will get spotted by you and than you need to designate him as target and your BB will oblige ( cause CA are BB food anyways ). Radar duration is still limited, so bait the radar and get out. You'll get plenty of time to cap afterwards. If they all huddle in one location: go to another cap. Now make the same reasoning as to why people might hate 5 BB in a game ( and why certain people argue against it )
