Nope. As mentioned by Wilkatis. Hydro is more defensive, radar is more an offensive tool. You could use hydro to push a cap, but as soon as you are in range you're very close and vulnerable as well.

Yes and no, it all depends on how you addressed them. If you yelled and namecalled them you should still get chatbanned. Nothing justifies such behaviour. Another problem is that this cannot be done by an automated system, you'll need a human to look into these. And WG doesn't have the staff for this.

And why should you get nothing with only one mouse click? Torps hard to manage? Really, they are the second slowest weapon sytems with regards to cooldown ( airplanes being first ). So you have all the time in the world to position your ship to get a good volley and look at your surroundings. Just accept it: you made a mistake and got punished for it. And yes, this put your team down with another ship. So be it. I will agree that maybe % wise damage could be looked at for damage reflection.

The reason for reflecting team damage is to avoid people killing multiple blues (one notorious example that springs to mind was a shima that was always sailing behind his team and constantly dropping 20km torps on them). By not doing this anymore you will also hurt your team. And you'll hurt them even more imo. So no, it's not that easy.

As shown by, for example the buggy port chat and how they linked divisions to it. So yeah. I don't think they always have their priorties straight. I also think they have no clue what to do with CVs and I also prefer fixes over new things. Just for a couple of patches. And then they can go all in with new stuff for all I care.

I agree with his statement because it makes sense to me. But not to you it seems. So let me explain: WG stated that they are working on CV rework (but that it's not easy and early). Yet they will now add extra AA mods and CV mods without having CV rework finished. So for all we know these mods will conflict with the CV rework. Which will mean double work afterwards. Plus the CV rework is long overdue. Can't they finish it before adding new modules that aren't needed at tier X ( cause it is a pretty balanced tier ). OH and. Adding a mod for an unfinished ship?

When torping: look around before the fish hit the water. If you torp, in one volley, a red and a blue ship then you're doing something wrong.

Honestly. I like the random fires as it is now. In the end it all balances out ( after enough games ) and there is no 'prediction' factor in it. You'll have a lot of normal games, but when rng giveth you can have great games and when rng taketh you'll have a lousy one. And this randomness I like. It's part of the fire charm i like.

Where do you get this 34 seconds number? To OP. That rudder could work on ca with low base concealement. Not on donskoi. Adapt and overcome.
