OK i get you and I agree with that, but what I meant with all above, you should at least say in ban reasons which files you found to be corrupted to help the users like me to solve the problem. Because, lets say that we accept and reinstall the whole system and lets say that the problem is caused by Whatsapp, and I am using it regulary, it will be causing problems again and i will end up being banned for life. You do understand what I am trying to point out I do understand your/company point, and I do recognize that you can not go after every persons problem but I am sure I am not the only one in this matter and going this way, not sure its good. Being all this said, again thank you for your time.

Dont get me wrong, not trying to flame up the thing. But if a game provider bans people based on their scan, not saying precisely what is causing the problem (real cheating or modifier which is not allowed), it is lightly said unfair. We have to figure out what is causing the problem or reinstall the whole system to get rid of it. In your post you are listing just the programs which you checked to be OK to run with the game, you should list the programs for what you know that they are causing problems. Just my thoughts...

Please let me know what is the outcome of your ticket, i raised it too without any reaction. I played this game since 2015 without problem, on this machine for 2 years without problem. Recently updated Nvidia driver and the Whatsupp program thats all. I am curious what could cause the problem. If the wargaming team is scaning our computer in the background they should say what they find problematic from their side, not banning people saying reinstall windows. Totally ridiculous....

Hi, Thank you for your reply, but im not using any video editing or some similar program, i am a regular (62 year old) user using my computer for surfing communicating and having a few games for empty hours. Never - ever had a such problem reinstalling the whole computer for a game detecting a flase cheating is a bit harsh. But anyway thank you for your time and help.

Hi, Just got banned, not using any modd, didnt installed any programs for ages except latest Nvidia driver. Checked for viruses, nothing. Just clueless. Will reinstall the game but this is upseting.
