If the new detection mechanic works in a way that you stay detected for 20s after popping smoke (not counting the extra bug of SA not showing it) then it is an even bigger nerf to the Kutuzov than to DDs. She already needed to almost stop before popping smoke, otherwise she glided out of smoke. So now even if you slow down in a Kutuzov before popping smoke you stay detected for 20s during which time you are basically a sitting duck for everyone to citadel you. Am I missing something?
