It appears the the Gun accuracy ship upgrade is no longer having an effect while a captain is present on the ship. This was not the case yesterday evening (~11pm to 2am CET 06/11/2015) as dispersion in my iowa was 253 with the upgrade. Now it saying 272 with the upgrade still on. I take my captain out it goes back down. Removing and reinstalling the upgrade makes no change, I have done this several times on cruisers too to test and the same issue is there. So has something been altered server side since yesterday that is affecting this? Is it intended?
