Full AA builds won't happen much more than now, because people still need to tank all other sorts of damage from other ships also. But there should be increase of AA amount of ships compared to current ones we see daily complaining about CV-s.

And now my DCP will be useless because i cant shoot down planes and these prolonged mini attacks take enough time for me to flood/burn enough for satisfy CV and when he "leaves" i can happily use my DCP so he can be back in 1 minute or less with different ammo type if previous was shot down by some miracle?

Yes, but while 3 planes attack, the AA is spread also at planes that don't currently attack, but just linger around. Pretty much current AA without manually selecting squad, but less effective. Thats my impression from vids so i hope im hugely mistaken.

Had that today on my Iowa, 3 HE salvos from Worc and 1 from some BB (not Conq) and half my AA damage was gone. Tho i still wiped all Midway last attempts, but they were sent 1 squad at time.

Yes, best AA cruisers with full AA value should if CV has unlimited planes.

Well, since my playstyle is to kill enemy DD-s as fast as possible the only other i would pick is british(hydro helps me a lot), but they for sure are not as powerful as Kami for tier 5.

With this one i agree. But this. CV can strike Worc. Even semipotato cv cap as me has done it with success. I would say, enemy TEAM won and your TEAM lost. ;)
