    US CL Tech Tree Gap - Bug?

    Hello, Does anyone else have gaps in their Tech Tree? I have the ability to reset the US CL line courtesy of the Research Bureau. I only own two US CLs at present, the Cleveland & Worcester, but looking down the tech tree the Helena 75k XP is not researched. Its been this way since the split of CA/CL, but as I haven't researched the ship the first time round, the ability to reset the line and grind again seems a little strange.
