    Worcester. At least under ideal circumstances (as in, farming a 32mm plating ship like the Repu, that doesnt move to avoid some of your rainbows, and with nothing else to worry about)...

  5. short answer: right now, you shouldn't play her at all. Gather more experience first.
  6. the ship is massively more accurate than the Freddy - which kinda leaves only one reason to explain the difference: the guy behind the wheel. Either you havent adapted to the high velocity, or (and that's the more likely explanation here) you simply get a lot closer in the Freddy, which obviously improves your hitrate. Again, it's not the ship, it's what you do with it that isn't clicking. And without you giving any details on how you play her, what exactly are we supposed to tell you?

In order... dead wrong, dead wrong, maginally so, why would you want more than 22km of range plus Spotter plane anyway, and yeah kinda with all the underwater citadels on every BB and their mum these days but offset by the much better travel times the flat arcs give you. Izumo guns are monstrously powerful tools. Get used to the crazy velocity and they'll serve you well. Treat them like USN orbital catapults, and they won't.

  17. seeing as we've got a dual-nation Overchicken these days, I dont see why WG couldn't make him the first true World Citizen captain that can go onto any nation's ship. That would also be enough of a "Unqiue Perk" I'd say, no need to also give him improved skills

    no. If that were the case, it wouldn't be random, but weighted or even pre-determined. Random means you're all but guaranteed to have things randomly stacked in favour of one side or the other every match - but over a large enough sample size, the only common denominator between all of those randomly stacked matches is still only one thing: You, and whether you with your own skill contribute to things being stacked in your team's favour or against it in any given match. So over a large enough sample size, you and no one (and nothing) else is responsible for your winrate - that is exactly what random matchmaking means.

    by that logic, if you throw a rock in the middle of a city, it's also the fault of the other guy if you hit someone - since they moved into the path of your throw. You could also, you know, not throw the rock launch the torpedo in the first place...

    it would indeed seem T10 is a tad too high for you at this point - but not to worry, you're on the right track. As Saiyko suggested, you might want to get some more experience in other ship classes - the added perspectives really help, and you'll learn a lot in general. €dit now that I see your latest post: Frenchies are a pretty good choice I'd say - their cruiser line plays sorta the polar opposite of the "try to sneak in close and/or use terrain" style of the US and RN CL, and the BB line has very few stinkers in it once you're past T5.

    pretty much WYSIWYG - it's a stock Colorado at T6, without many if any surprises. Should be easy enough to judge :)
