  1. they also lack any kind of staying power once you do get hit - no heal (Khaba Grozovoi and Daring get what? 10-15k more HP total?), and no smoke to still be relevant once you're low on HP. So no, I dont think they will be particularly problematic overall.

    definitely keep Expert Loader, crazy valuable with how good your AP is in the right situations. On top of that, well it's either JoaT or PM+IFA I guess, since Henri doesnt lose its rudder as much as some of the other Baguettes so Last Stand isnt very valuable. Demo Expert won't do all that much for you because you already have very good base fire chance so the flat increase won't be very noticable.

    the way I see it, the current way IFHE works was never a good idea to begin with. A binary yes-and-no change to whether you do damage contained within one skill is never going to be good for balance - useless on some ships, mandatory on others, but optional on very very very few (currently off the top of my head I can pretty much only think of Henri and Jutland/Daring where I'd consider it optional for the main guns; you could add a few French BBs and Kurfürst for their secondaries). Would be a different story if our HE worked like it does in Tanks, where you do full damage when penetrating the target's armour but still do reduced damage on a sliding scale based on how much too thick the armour was - then IFHE could just make that gradient more favourable. But that's not the case...

    first things first - you're doing perfectly fine in your NC. Stats are in line with your other T8 BBs. well yes it's a Battleship... and the rather floaty shells, resulting in relatively long travel times, dont exactly help. depends entirely on what you're shooting, really - if you're too close, two "new" things can happen that arent common at longer ranges: Either you overpen a cruiser, meaning the shells dont have sufficient time and resistance to arm before going out the other side (relatively rare with the NC's mediocre velocity), or your shells come in too flat and thus dont manage to hit a submerged citadel (again, NC isnt affected as badly as ships with flatter trajectories, but it does happen quite a bit at minimal ranges). Overall, NC is firmly a midrange ship - use your concealment where possible, avoid long-range duels with Amagis (they're more accurate and have better ballistics) and bow-in Richelieus (you arent gonna do much to him as long as he doesnt mess up), avoid brawls with Germans and the upcoming Russians (the former have much better armour + secondaries than you, the latter will be very very accurate at short ranges). 10-15km is where the NC really shines - ideally with a teammate or two near you that can profit from your AA.

  10. gotta hand it to WG - they've managed to make it so that a bugged featured! feature causes CV players more problems than all AA combined... that's no small feat of game design!

    Against bow-in targets, Moskva has better HE DPM - but it doesnt have nearly the same threat level, so it doesnt force people to always stay mindful if its position and possible angles (or nuke them if they do forget about you). So they do somewhat different things.

    if you want something for CBs, then Bourgogne is indeed not the best choice probably. Can be made to work, but difficult even for top players. Stalingrads on the other hand are pretty easy to play to an okay level, and fit into many a team lineup. On the other hand, for Randoms the Bourgogne is one hell of a fun BB to play, while many (myself included) consider the Stalingrad quite dull there. Not weak, mind you, but dull.

    the program you're looking for to open the replay with is called World of Warships, you might have heard of it (aka when being asked for the program, just navigate to your WoWs directory and select the .exe)

    not just T10, but there will also be Rentals (akin to the CB rentals around now), so everyone and their mum can participate... soooo that's gonna be fun... guess it's that time of year again where I get to be smug as fug that I never cared much about Ranked, while everyone else in the clan curses and wails...

    well, that was more of a "sneak around islands and surprise the foggers" style of DD hunting, since DM isnt a particularly good open-water ship anyway - and in those kinds of situations RL can be quite useful. But, again, very much up to personal taste - just thought I'd mention the option Same as the ex-Seagull-now-Doe dudes: Better Expert Loader and better Expert Marksman. Both of which is absolutely perfect for the DM.

    I've always felt like the better you are, the more you get out of information skills like PT... there's barely a ship that I play without it these days. If you want to go for an aggressive Legendary Mod style, you could also consider Radio Location to turn you into a true DD hunter and knife fighter. Probably not an optimal choice (if there is such a thing), but it can work (I'm running that because I'm too lazy to get another high skill captain and I want RL for ClanBattles...)

    link works, must be something on your end (did you include the space at the end when copypasting by any chance?) I'd say dropping DE for MAA is a very viable option, kinda also depends on how you want to play the DM and what you care more about...
