It starts off with the [edited] that a shell starting to travel at 780m/s ends up 20km away in a time that means it doubled it's flight time. So if we start to beginning arguing accurate Ballistics or at least something to make sense your point should take the 25 Seconds out to your 20km Target because that does not even takes Air Drag (that exists in the game files) into account.
