If you have the Wargaming Launcher go to Game -> Settings -> Check -> Repair. Do you use any mods? What are your Soundsettings? Etc. The game has currently an issue with many sounds maybe it is due to this.

No it does not. it does 2% more on a battleship with the rework. UNCHECKED. that is. Thats making this whining all the more annoying, you take roughly the same damage from both dots. Only real downside is that flooding is also hampering you steering. What makes you feel it is so high is the torpedo you eat before having a flooding. So avoiding it all together comes down to skill and decisions.

I would ask kindly in a ticket point out that there was a change after the fact to the ship you purchased it for and ask to get the dubloon value credited. Cause i do not think that they are obliged to pay you something back at this point.

Well dropping to 19% does say that you are not the best of shots and that it is not dispersion alone. Frankly. There must be another factor in play maybe youre to far away to hit more accurate. Even i find it hard to miss 4/5 of my shots at a range of 12-15km.... Sure they don't blast the target , they shatter etc but still i bring in 10% more , and thats something i aspire to do.

Ballistics 101 eh? How do you determine when the shoot salvo reaches the target? Simple Factors really You aim for the Point. Rangefinders do in this game magically tell you the distance to that point if you now take the distance divided by the shell velocity you will get a time to target value that is displayed. So why lock on? Because you tell you range finders this moving target is the point. Now the game takes a lot of the calculation away from you including the compensation for movement of your ship and the movement of the enemy ship and automatically kind of tracks a point in front or behind of the selected target, additionally you will receive a disperson bonus on targets you lock on to. There is not much more to make better here or to change as you have to take a balance factor into considderation. If you would upgrade aforementioned myogi the way you suggested or expected she would quiet frankly overperform. therefore you'd upgrade other vessels with much more gun barrels. Once again this is an arcarde game. The Solution in place for all this is quiet frankly the best possible at this point.

Oh i see, well myogi suffers yes. She only has 6 Guns and after all they are british in origin. But i still think you can hit reasonable with her. She also is quiet fast for her tier and can dictate the engagement. I mean i only have 11 battles experience in her but i managed a clean 30% hitration with her guns they are like Kongos after all... And keeping in mind this is t4 there needs to be a lot of compensation against good players just has to happen otherwise you'd clubber new players with no end. I mean don't get me wrong i experienced her accuracy issues. And i can understand the frustrations and belive me they won't end there they continue with Kongo and Fuso ( Same guns) but you get rewarded at the end in Nagato onwards :)

Last time i checked he was responsible for EU side of things and that video was published by World of Warships itself and not a specific server branch. What a game director can tell you about marketing is also a mystery to me to be honest. :) Perhaps you should try and take a step back take a breather and realise that the world wide audience of the game has participated and that they maybe lowered some of the "Standards" of winning in order to have a big draw and engagement of the most players possible. And also perhaps you wanna try entering one of the nice run competions here on the EU Server.... worked for me to say the least.
