    Can you explain this a bit further please? I think saying that everyone who hasn't got a 19-point commander "is bound to a miserable experience" is quite harsh. There are probably quite a few players in Squall and Gale League who don't have good commanders on their ships. There are also some [ships] in Storm League.

    I guess they'll balance it by rate of fire or maybe velocity. But probably ROF. The tier ten Buffalo you're likely talking about has a 15 second reload, so DPM is lower than Baltimore's in it's top configuration. Alpha damage is pretty high though.

    Yep, can't see anything else. You should get an additional nine-point captain if you have Baltimore though.

    I think (and hope!) radar will stay premium-only on tier seven.

    @JaiFoh If the handle it the same way as they did before, you'll receive a stock T8 Cleveland and unlock T6 Dallas and T7 New Orleans. IIRC captain will stay on his ship (T8 Cleveland), plus you'll get a six-point-captain on T6 Dallas.

    @Aragathor When Russian destroyers split up your camo doubled. I had T7 Kiev camo so I got Minsk and T8 Kiev camo.

    Ja klar, die Kommunikation seitens WG lässt halt oft zu wünschen übrig, aber das ist ja nix Neues. Das fängt bei Events für Erinnerungsflaggen, die nur im Forum angekündigt werden an, und hört bei Sachen wie hier auf. Ich find's halt immer etwas schade, wenn es an so "Kleinigkeiten" wie einem Beitrag an der richtigen Stelle scheitert.

    There used to be a clan website for World of Warships, too. Since a few weeks it's gone and I wonder when/if we will get it back? I mean, we have clan battles now but there's still no way to manage clans outside of the game client. Greetings
