I actually like concealment expert very much on my Leningrad. I play Khabarovsk without any concealment boost other than camouflage a lot, but for me this captain wasn't optimal. Right now I'm using this build: Survivability Expert instead of Demolition Expert seems also valid to me, but I like starting fires. 6.6 km detectability enables you to contest caps much better. Usually I try to get a cap first, then switch to gunboat mode. Drawing fire by speed-tanking helps the team a lot. When I've lost to much hp I start focusing on torpedo attacks, again 6.6 km... ;) Oh, and about Expert Marksman: Even with that perk her guns won't keep up when turning hard. So for me it is mandatory. Hope this helps. To say at least something to the topic (sorry about that much off-topic)... a few months ago I was thinking about buying the Blyskawica or Leningrad. I think I already answered which one I have chosen. Even if you use a dedicated captain build you can still re-spec him for other Russian ships.

@RAHJAILARI That was my point. But even if you look only at torpedo systems, I myself prefer faster reload to high alpha. Not sure if that battleship rounds that island on that side? Doesn't matter, send Torpedoes, they will be back up again in ~60 seconds. Stacking floodings with the Zs is very easy, but that's of course my personal point of view. What's the role of Akizuki anyway? I haven't played her that much and all my games were before the removal of stealth-fire. Right now I'd classify her as a knifefighter versus other destroyers in first place. For me she doesn't have the manoeuvrability for being a effective gunboat. But maybe that's because I enjoy playing Russian destroyers a lot and hate firing out of smoke. So I think defining her as a anti-air ship with defensive fire would make sense. The only problem with that role I see is that would make her probably over-powered in carrier divisions, but wouldn't change her performance in 90% of solo randoms, because there aren't that many carriers. It's like balancing Musashi at tier nine by giving her poor anti-air defence.

@Capra76 It's not all about DPM. I'll specify my statement a bit. In my opinion, high tier Germans and US-Americans are better torpedoboats.

Unfortunately this seems true. At least regarding destroyers. I mean, look at their torpedoes... In my opinion, Germans and US-Americans are better torpedoboats. They could use some love, but I'm not sure if stronger anti-air is the right setscrew.

I'd say go for Missouri. T8 MM puts you in T10 quite often right now. Missouri can get same concealment (12.2) as Alabama and her guns are much more accurate if you use the right modules. She's also a lot faster than Alabama. Additionally she'll earn you TONS of silver and has radar!

@Leo_Apollo11 I was talking about a site like those for WoT and WoWp (https://eu.wargaming.net/clans/). They even had a working page, on which you could accept candidacies, change ranks of your members and so on. I personally think having such website is more important than a stats site. But maybe they'll bring those things together. -

Of course not. There isn't even a clan website for doing clanstuff other than in the client anymore. I mean.. they had one, but it's gone. -

Met @rnat (Flint) and @tomtomtom_2016 (Saipan) divisioned up and green on New Dawn. I was in a Fujin/Kamikaze R division. We had some pretty bad games this night, so we decided to to calm down a bit on T5. After 5:52 battle already ended. Who would've thought with those guys?! :) Funny thing is we had a small conversation here in some thread earlier this day and my clan faced Tom and his gang in clan battles the day before. Luckily I left the division before meeting [AAO] so I didn't get my stern kicked. It was a pleasure and I'm swear I'm not stalking you, Tom! -

I'm their father. Unfortunately I got some nasty AP full-pen by a battleship in my left eyeball when I was commanding my Khabarovsk a few months ago. Wasn't used to that range nerf. Pawel has do take care of my baby now. -
