Will BBs still be viable after 6.14 is out?

Never heard/read something about destroyers not spotting deepwater torpedoes. Only thing I found in patchnotes was this: That of course doesn't necessarily mean destroyers can spot them, but since it's mentioned nowhere I assume spotting on DWT works the same way as on normal ones. -
Cheers, can someone explain this high deviation in winrate and average damage to me? Overall battles are quite similar. wows-numbers warships.today (When: All) Both sites delivered pretty much the same data until now, but in that case it's a huge gap. I know warships.today is broken very often, but here I think 47% is just wrong. o7

Unfortunately I'm out of likes.

I think that's one reason, why I'm enjoying CB that much. For me, limiting battleships was a good thing. You don't see that many destroyers, but it think that's manly affected by radar. Battleships - especially Montana - can change a CB match in one salvo. Angled or not.
-
And it's so unrealistic. Everyone knows that there were 175 Yamato-class battleships, but only two Fletcher-class destroyers.

I never noticed any coherence in my performance and a specific map. Maybe some ships/classes perform differently on certain maps, but I think it's not crucial. For CB I have my own spreadsheet for results on those four maps. Hotspot seemed to be our weak spot, so we changed our tactic. So regarding CB map stats helped.

No.

I don't think Yueyang is a must have destroyer for CB. #nomoneygrab

More destroyers = less destroyer?

@Ryouzanpakku I'd suggest getting Cleveland. That will save you about 240,000 XP when the line will split. Just make sure to gain experience in lower tiers before jumping right to tier eight if you haven't already.
-
Chances of getting a SC will increase by 50% by getting the third daily container. But the will be evenly distributed among all three dailies.

Like non-hightier cruisers? -
Same here, even if I did more damage on Fiji and had good stats in her, I still sold her. 8.7 km detection is just too good. Should've kept her launchers and mounted them on Belfast.

Now it makes sense. Sorry, I read "tier one BB" and was already wondering... -
No Fiji?

The detection range actually starts dropping significantly at the upgraded tier five/stock tier six torpedoes. They're still deepwater ones before of course, but their real advantage starts only then. But maybe it's just a coincidence.

But why does it say tier seven or eight then? On tier eight she won't be top tier, obviously. I just don't get that statement. -
I think they know very well what they're doing. My guess is like this: 1000 people buy a ship priced 20 EUR. That's 20,000 in total. Let's day there are ten people who would've bought that ship for 19 EUR. WG would still make less money. I pulled that numbers obviously out of my stern, but I think their prices are at least somewhat calculated. As long as the people calculating those prices cost less than the additional money made by this of course.

There was some Chinese translation from sea-group on reddit, but I don't know exactly how it's going to be. //edit -
Then I just got you wrong. :) Sure, prices are always debatable. Would be interesting to see development costs of a ship and the turnover. Another interesting aspect to me is, if they're covering the expenses of techtree ships and oncosts only by premium, XP conversations and things like that, or also by some profit from premium ship sales.
