It's just funny how often people come up with a single battle result and take it as basis for an assertion. A: "Pensacola sucks" B: "Duuuuuude, I just saw sb. [probably Flamu] getting double Kraken on Youtube! Pensacola is a BEAST!!!"

What if I post a single screenshot of a Ranger dominating an AS Saipan? Would that mean Ranger is OP/Saipan is UP? If the worse team has no premiums, it'll loose. If the worse team has premiums, it'll still loose.

@_Xaero_, @SHDRKN4792, @Skiie Pan-Asian torpedoes have indeed higher chances to cause floodings. Unprotected sections (e.g. bows, sterns) reduce chances of flooding by ~67%. So as soon as your base chances of flooding are >=300% you'll get a "guaranteed flooding" when hitting the nose. I opened some thread regarding this, maybe you want to check it out... Sorry for the advertising.

Right now, there's only one ship I play, which doesn't have CE on it: Khabarovsk Same would go for Udaloy, Tashkent and Kiev. On pretty much all other ships I'd take CE.
