    I was even thinking about calling it we-don't-nerf-premiums-directly-policy. ;) Changing something people paid for will always upset them, so yes, it's pretty difficult to handle. I, for example, bought a permoflage for Khabarovsk (my only gold camo) before she was nerfed four times. I totally understand why those were needed, yet I didn't liked it that much. As for Missouri, there are just too many assets combined in her. Iowa is already a very decent ship. Fast, accurate, good AA and very stealthy. Adding radar on top of that already very good package is just too much, in my opinion. That makes Missouri very hard to be countered. Carriers - good AA, great speed to stay near cruisers/re-position fast Batteships - low citadel, speed, concealment Cruisers - accuracy, concealment, speed Destroyers - radar, accuracy, general high calibre AP behaviour

    I actually like ramming as some kind of last resort. Feels good to take out a fairly healthy ship with the last ounce of your strength. When I'm on the receiving end, I know I screwed up. Also it makes sense to me, that a ship always deals its full amount of HP (similar to displacement) as damage.

  13. To me, it almost looks like it will be slot 1 OR slot 2. Prices are the same and modules are pretty similar. Slot 1 is more split up though, AA and secondary separate vs. auxiliary armaments in general. Same for main battery, torpedoes vs. main armament.
  14. Since the update from 0.6.13.1 to 0.6.14.0 those modules (incl. Gun Fire Control System Modification 1, the "new" one that gives you another 7% less dispersion) are shown at GM3D. RN cruisers with better acceleration, battleships with longer radar... something is definitely wrong.
  15. The modernisation section at GM3D seems "broken" for quite a while. Those seven modules are shown since version 0.6.14.0 and every ship can choose between all of them (Khabarovsk - GFCSM2 [more range] and so on). So I take this piece of information with a big grain of salt.

    This is not about being hit to often, it's about the high amount of damage per AP hit. Dodging or not, you get full pen and double over-pen damage pretty often.

    One does not shoot over allies in Moskva! As soon as you've become pink you took more damage in return than you did to him. That's why you died rather fast. Looks like you did 18k to him and 49k to "yourself", that's why it says 67k to allies in total.

  20. I don't understand where the problem is. Sorry if I'm repeating myself. Vigilance +25% to acquisition range torpedoes Target Acquisition System Modification 1 Increases maximum acquisition range: +50% to range of assured acquisition of enemy ships. +20% to spotting range. +20% to the acquisition range of torpedoes. Assured acquisition is the two km spotting around your ship (proximity spotting). You will spot everyone withing that radius, smokescreens, islands, it doesn't matter. "Spotting range" here is a bit misleading, since it rather means "viewing range". So that has nothing to do with the "normal" detection range of other ships (e.g. 7.6 km base for Shimakaze). tl;dr Hydro: spots torpedoes and ships earlier Vigilance: spots torpedoes earlier TASM1: spots torpedoes earlier (ships ONLY one additional km around you) The only confusing things about TASM1 are that it doesn't stack with hydro, although the description of TASM1 leads to that and it's nowhere else metioned, and "+20% to spotting range" meaning "viewing range".
  21. Server unification showed, that their premium shop is not on the server. Probably outsourced or something like that...
  22. Sure, their detection time is fantastic, especially because that's the worst part of conventional Japanese torpedoes. But not being able to hit destroyers AND cruisers is a huge trade-off.
  23. I don't know if I'd call it that way. At their current state those "fishies" only hit battleships and carriers.
