I was referring to quality of steel. In the 15th century European steel was of higher quality than Japanese one.

Check "C:\Games\World_of_Warships\screenshot" Also... it's pretty easy to identify the player (clan + winrates).

Exactly. I used to play at 56 kbit/s without any issues. WoWs doesn't need much bandwidth at all. I've played for about three hours today without any lags. I'd try to ping -t "login1.worldofwarships.eu" and "login2.worldofwarships.eu" to check if your ping stays low permanently.
