AP penetration wise both Hipper and Roon are better than Mogami (203) and Ibuki respectively. Only Zao outperforms her KM competitor.

As a small rule of thumb, if I ever shoot torpedoes at a fleeing ship, I assume my torps are approximately twice as fast the ship. So if I have 12 km range and the ship is 6 km away I could give it a try. But of course these kind of scenarios are not very promising. -

@Excavatus Greetings, I think adding two more columns will make the table more confusing plus I assume that those values are not that important for the majority. But you should be able to calculate them by using the numbers mentioned in "reaction time". Hope this still helps. -
