Oh well... gamemodels3d oddly shows six slots for Z-23 (T8) and five slots for Z-39 (T7). I just compared those two ships, my bad. But there is definitely no slot with Concealment System Modification 1 for T7 Z-39 right now.

I never EVER use them. (I count RN CLs wider spread still as narrow.)
