I can approve that, in Typhoon/Hurricane one could see a lot radar Yueyangs, pretty often coupled with a stealthy Zao. We used to bring that combo quite a few battles too.

Reload is also the same (without slot 6 upgrade), but she has of course less guns in total. The range on Molotov is what keeps her in line, in my opinion.

Kirov's ballistics are worse than Donskoi's, 800 vs 920 m/s for example. Molotov has almost the same guns.

He's probably going to be renamed to Franz or Reinhard von Jütland as I think there won't be three German unique commanders.

They will have the following improved skills: Vigilance +35% to acquisition range of torpedoes (instead of 25%) Jack of All Trades -10% to reload time of all mounted consumables (instead of -5%) "Brothers" of several other unique commanders are also added to the game. I'd say screwed up matchmaking because the carrier waited for too long in the queue.

Happend twice last session. Before 0.7.4 I never had that big issues. It freezes completely, only [ctrl] + [shift] + [esc] followed by [w] (for World of Warships) and finally [del] in blind flight helps.
