None of them. -A dedicated Udaloi/Khabarovsk captain But in any destroyer other than mentioned two and Tashkent I'd go Concealment Expert right away. I only use Radio Location on my clan battle Z-52 build.

One can pretty effectively use other ships for protection. If one has weak anti-air AND goes intentionally solo, "insta-deletion" is probably well-deserved.

So you want +/-2 only sometimes? Of course it happens often, i'd say <5% of my games are +/-1. I also like the diversity of +/-2. I've played alot of T-VIII recently and being in a T-X game is actually pretty okay.
