If you really like the playstyle of Blyscawica, go for Leningrad. In my opinion it does almost everything better than the Polish one. Plus USSR has a(n almost) full tree, so you can use the captain otherwise.

I'm always using all premium consumables and a camouflage that at least gives -3% concealment and +4% enemy accuracy. While doing so I'm sitting at 400 M+ credits. I have a WoWs premium account permanently though. -

I can't stand the slow turrets on Leningrad. That's why I have a dedicated captain on her. I think it's also my only Russian destroyer captain with concealment expert.

Symmetry or synergy? For randoms it's not that bad. Of course you shouldn't sit in one spot. But there are certainly better combinations. A friend of mine loses in general quite a bit of karma when playing CV. So many salty DDs...

Playing CV badly is bad for your karma. Playing CV well is worse for your karma. Playing triple Stalingrad is the worst for your karma.

Why not just BFT?
