Henry isn't OP, but having all TX cruisers i'd say it's the strongest. It fits the meta right now quite well, I guess. -

Exactly, it's about "relative damage". Also Des Moines uses to get a very good base experience, similar to Sims.

406 or 460 shouldn't make a difference here. Bow armour until T-V is indeed insane.

Are notifications for anyone following this sub-forum (Home > Forum > English Speaking Forum > Game Discussion > Development Blog) work? I never get a notification when something new is posted. I'm also following the German "Looking for a Clan" sub-forum and get notifications about new content there.

you cannot buy them you can only get them by buy ing containers you need to get a drop for a combat mission but chances are low then you have to finish the mission by getting a certain a mount of base experience which is higher for higher tier ship and you unlock the ship
