    I do well in the Haru but a lot of ppl that play dont understand the fact its not a DD to rush into a cap and sit out in the open with. they think its a shima with guns and are usually the first ones to die.

    The only one that might be better is the Kitakaze because the Haru is a fat pig that maneuvers like a brick. however in a direct duel the Haru will win easily and if played properly still easily outperforms the Kita(at T10 mind you, Haru shreds everything thats T8). Halland and Gearing are worlds better than the Fletcher and Östergotland, especially the Halland. Cant comment and yugumo since I dont have that.
  4. funny, upon just reading the title i knew one of first posts would be "bUt Y0uR s4mPl3 S1Ze iz t00 smAlL" and low and behold, i wasnt disapointed. some people just prefer to put their head in the sand about the atrocious matchmaking and the fact that, yes, no matter you claim, it is rigged at times. people truly seem to believe that a pattern where winning streaks alternate with loosing streaks and you can already tell by looking at MMM is somehow random. heres the thing, WG doesnt want you to be happy. WG wants you to be frustrated and spend money on signals and premiums. WG wants even the biggest potato to win at times because otherwise they'll walk away and dont spend. In the same way WG wants good players to not get too far ahead of the curve stats wise cause if their super happy with their techtree ships, why bother buying signals and premiums. this game has, by far, the worst MM i've seen in more than 20 years of gaming, even War Thunder is better in that regard and thats saying something. add to the that the atrocious game design where the loss of a single ship(thanks to no respawns) will already start the snowball and you end up with the shitshow were seeing every day. of my last 20 games 17 were complete steamrolls with the highpoint being a 950:0 victory killing of all reds. but as long as theres monkeys that spend money on this these vodka-soaked fools will never change their ways.
  5. I'm sorry, are we talking about a different WG here ? Cause the one that develops WoWs doesnt give a rats [edited]about its existing playerbase...see CVs, see Commander rework, see Subs, see changes to achievements, etc. etc the only thing WG cares about is $$$

    you see, thats where are you entirely wrong. WG cares A LOT about you, they just dont care if youre happy. They care about you in the sense that they want you to be in a certain state of mind to spend $$$ on the game. thats what you lot fail to realize, monetization doesnt just mean "put items out there and if were lucky people will buy them". Monetization means driving players to spend money but psychological mainpulation and obfuscation of true cost. why do you think we have n-currencies in the game instead of just displaying true cash cost, cause then a lot of people wouldnt be spending as much as they do. if youre super happy with your T10 Techtree ship and keep racking in the wins, why would you spend money on a premium ? or camos ? or flags ?

    Sometimes I wonder how delusional certain people are, these are YOUR OWN stats: FDR: 61.45% WR Midway: 51.25% WR roughly same amount of games played. but I suppose that 10%(sic!!!) discrepany saying the midway is better in any way, shape or form is ridiculous. its 10x more helpful to your team to be able to linger and spot than to score a kill.

    heres a hint, dont argue with wg-pete as i like to call him. he will defend WG to the bone for some reason I cannot quite comprehend. apparently wgs shady practices over the years have gone unnoticed by him. everyone and their mother knows the matchmaker is rigged at times but there are some that simply prefer to put their hand in the sand about these issues and pretend everything is fine.

    fine, keep your head in the sand, it's all good, nothing to see here. WG is perfectly fine company that would never pull shady practices like rigging the matchmaking in order to entice players to spend money to get an edge over other players. ridiculous idea, right ? oh, wait ...

    its mind boggling that people still put their head in the sand about how MM is rigged(at times <-- thats the important part). with all the shady crap WG is pulling you lot for some inexplicable reason still believe that WG wouldnt do this because...reasons.

    you know fully well they will, anything that makes them money no matter how bad for the game they will do. cv rework commander rework(who the f*ck even asked for that ?) i'm just happy knowing i havent spent a single dime on this in over 2 years.

    Try playing T6 DD and get pretty much permaspotted by a combination of subs and CVs and you can do f*ck all about it except take the focus fire and die. Allowing CVs in these small scale engagements is bad, allowing Subs is worse, allowing both at the same time is just a killer for everyone not playing the sub or cv. Mark my words, if WG continues on this path(and they show no intentions to step away from it) the playerbase will seriously dwindle when subs make it into randoms as everyone thats not a sub or cv will be nothing more like a duck in a shooting gallery.

    oh yeah, just had a game in a T61, only DD is me vs. 2 red subs that lurk near cap ... 8 depth charge hits and the [edited] is still around, ofc I get spotted and can do [edited]all at that point, cause, y'know, need to line up for another DC run all the while getting pummeled by 3 BBs and a Pizzacruiser. Then again, as we've seen with CVs somebody at WG thinks its a good to give players the option to strike enemy targets without fear of retaliation. oh, and why does my Georgia not get Depth Charge planes ?

    Only thing I'm excited for is how Beastofwar and ColonelPete are gonna defend this garbage, that's gonna take loads of popcorn edit: nevermind, didnt read the whole thread before responding, i see Beastofwar is already here telling us how awesome this is. anyway, enjoy the shitshow, I'll continue doing the same thing i've done for the past 2 weeks, not spend a single minute in WoWs, it's very enjoyable and relaxing
  17. To get this out of the way, I never run the detonation flags for random battles. But as of the latest update(you know, the one where you no longer get flags for achievements) it appears that detonations are A LOT more frequent now. Whereas before they happened maybe once a week(again, WITHOUT flags) now they appear to be quite frequent, say once a day. Did WG pull another sleazy move here(i mean SLEAZIER than the change to achievements) to force players to spend more resources in the armory ? You know what the really sad part is, I distrust WG on a level by now that this wouldnt even surprise me. Profit over player experience seems to be their motto in the past 2 years.

  21. So, according to WGs explanation divisions will always be balanced between teams. Fun enough, what this screenshot yet again shows WGs explanations arent worth the paper they are written on. Red Team gets 2 3-Man divisions, Green team gets no divisions at all(the 2 guys in Div A spawned next to each other and divisioned then). Now, everyone in this match is T10 so explain to me how the two divisions end up on one team when one of them they could easily have been placed in the other. Random MM my [edited]
