happens to me pretty much every day i play. so no, its not rare. its turd mechanic that serves no purpose.

BB Players crying about being unable to kill CAs ... now i really have seen it all.

i cant take it anymore..literally pointless to play T10 on weekends as all the muppets drag you down with them and you end up with -100k per match.

have you played this game on a weekend ?

id rather put up with swearing than the idiocy the players in this game demonstrate on a day to day basis ...

just queued up in my Fuso to do some grinding players in my range: 1 CV 220+ BBs 0(!!!!) CAs 15 DDs

again, read what i wrote. possible not because hindenburg is good but opponents were bad. One swallow doesnt make a summer and one game with 6 kills doesnt make cruisers useful.

you do understand the point of a "nerf", right ? if they take away range they clearly dont want you to have that range, see shima torps. you can get long range or fast but not both.

and ? i got 6 kills in my hindenburg yesterday. only thing that tells me is that my opponents were utter tools and i got lucky. benson doesnt need you to escort him. gearing does a better job thanks to better concealment and has the added benefit of torps. or khaba whos mere sight these days will cause BBs to turn tail and run.

DPS output is secondary. its the entire playstyle of the US line that bothers me. with hindenburg i can can get up close and personal and ruin a BBs day thanks to torps, in a US cruiser they just laugh at me.

wanna know why I dont cap in my Gearing and Shima ? Because my teams doesnt support me about 95% of the time. They just happily sit 5-10km behind me, driving in circles.

guess that depends on your playstyle. i actually liked Hipper, Hindenburg and Roon. With the Jap Line on the other hand i just couldnt take suffering Mogami. US im currently at Baltimore but dont see any in going any further. DM will be just as bland.

you drop torps when there friendlies that might come near their paths you deserve the pink, end of story.

did i mention my awesome "first shell ever fired at me in a match detonates me" experience ? in shima, driving onto cap, get spotted, khaba sitting at the back fires on salvo at me, boom, im dead...literally oneshot. you cannot reasonably argue that this is a good mechanic.

needed on the khaba. that thing is simply impossible to hit upwards of 12km

lolno. im talking from experience here.

versatile how ? AA ? BB is better. Damage ? BB is better. Survivability ? dont make me laugh. only thing thats left is DD hunting and that pretty much is pointless in german cruisers for example since, well, no radar. if a DD player has half a brain hell constantly stay above 10km. think you actually got it wrong in one particular point. Cruisers arent good if handled correctly, they're good if your opponent is a tool.
