The amount of credits/xp you get for a kill is the same as if you did 15% damage to the ship, which isn't really that much.

German cruises are awesome when properly played. You just need to dodge bb shells when possible, know how to aim and not get into positions where multiple enemies are focusing fire on you. And if you show you're broadside, you're dead. Also for those complaining about the Yorck: always use HE when at more than 8-10km. The AP shells on the Yorck are much slower than HE. The hipper is quite the opposite of this because its AP can easily citadel cruisers at max range and it can even citadel battleships at ranges lower than 10km. -
Btw disabling the AA doesn't matter because it only has .9km AA range. At that range the planes have spotted you anyways.

Actually there's only a chance of detonation when the magazine gets hit - which a 120mm HE shell wouldn't be able to do on a battleship. Therefore I think this is indeed a bug.

I just want my German BBs with the Bismarck right now. Any RN line would also be nice. Other than that I would love to see the Graf Spee or another Deutschland class heavy cruiser. -

The consumable on the Cleve lasts 40 seconds. More than enough to shred a few squadrons if they stay close enough to check if there's spread or not. -

Lemme guess, you put a captain with torpedo acceleration in your Fujin and thought the torpedoes got nerfed?

Any type of completely invisible weapons is just stupid. The detection range on torps could just as well be changed to 0km so that torps could be used as a more effective weapons against dds, because the dds wouldn't be able to dodge them.

I also have the mood installed, but I'm not really paying attention to the circles drawn around my ship. It's easy enough just to look at the distance to the closest hostile ship and I know the detection range for most of my ships. -
I prefer it over the Minekaze mostly because of the better turret traverse speed and turret layout(3 guns turning to front, 1 to back, unlike Minekaze 2-2 layout). I have been able to kill Russian and American dds multiple times already only using my guns.

I still use the 10km torps with superintendent as my t3 skill. The 15 km torps are worse due to the slower speed imo and using torp acceleration would mean that I have to give up 1 charge of each consumable.

In my experience the Hipper is quite good at hunting destroyers. It definitely needs the -20% rudder shift time upgrade and has mediocre rudder shift time even with it, but it's good enough to dodge most of the torps that will be fired at you. And I often see dds hiding in smoke, probably hoping for me to get close enough that they can torp me in a way that I can't dodge, but they don't seem to expect me to use HAS, which makes them an easy kill for me. Anyways, I'm not a big fan of this radar. Trying to get torp hits from more than 10km is nearly impossible unless the ship your aiming at is literally dead, afk or sleeping. And often the battleships are several kilometers behind the cruisers, meaning that it's even harder to hit them.

I would also like to see KanColle, but it's very unlikely to happen because: A: This partnership between world of warships and arpeggio was done to promote both products. It's highly likely that part of their agreement was not to do any similar partnerships with direct competitors. B: KanColle is also a video game and as such a competitor to world of warships, even if it's a totally different type of video game. It's rare that competitors do this kind of promotional partnerships.

Smoke or anything like that shouldn't matter in this case as you can always see all ships within 2km, no matter whether there is smoke, islands, or anything else. -

Hipper can invisible fire with the captain skill. Detection range with module+camo+skill is somewhere around 11km iirc and detection range penalty when firing is 6.09km for 203 guns, but also gets reduced by the captain skill. -

All t6+ cruisers can choose between sonar and defensive AA, including the Yorck.
