That's because in the premium shop a port slot is included which isn't discounted. If you look in game for doubloons though it should be -50%.

Superintendent is useful on t9+ cruisers and Atago to get an extra healing consumable. By default they have 2, but with superintendent and premium consumable they can have up to 4, which can actually come in quite handy at times.

But BB main guns inflict tons of damage to DDs.

What you'll get is squeaqy children, people who have no idea what they are talking about, insults, other languages you can't understand and then the 5% actually useful communication.

Having Mahan torpedoes would kinda make the Sims p2w. Faster and stealthier than the Mahan and actually capabale of shooting down spotter planes compared to what disadvantages?

Actually the part about ARP and repair costs has already been for a month, it's just that those two things extend overt into July as well.

US DDs have much slower shells which makes it rather easy for IJN DDs to dodge them at 6km+.

The 127mm secondaries on those ships shot HE, the 155 ones shoot AP.

Actually weaker than Fubuki, yes. They do fire the same shells at the same RoF, but they have less range and more importantly, turn slower. The difference in rotation speed may seem small but it's the difference between almost being able to keep up with your ships maneuvers and not being able to keep up with your ships maneuvers at all. Try playing Fubuki with stock turrets for a while, because that's the same turrets that the Kagero has.

14 battles played so far on the public test server, not a single bastion game. If you're introducing a new game mode, please make it more likely to happen on the public test server.

It's kinda usable, but keep in mind that you have weaker guns for defense against other DDs, more radars and no AA whatsoever in case a CV wants to spot you.

Second torp option gets seen from outer space and they are just way too easy to dodge.

BBs can actually contribute to their team quite a lot more than with raw damage, they can also tank tons of damage and have great map control(most of the time cruisers won't get into 10km of a BB and if they do, they will die quickly).

A ship's HP is split in sections and when one section's HP is fully depleted the ship can't take any more damage from being hit in that section. And if the game tries to level good players to poor player status, why do some people have 60%+ win rate?

Why not just go for the H42(48cm guns), H43(48cm guns) or the H44(50.6cm guns)?
