Stupidly I rushed selling a ship with a level 10 commander. Yes it was my fault, but I was in a rush before I finished and ended up demounting my upgrades but forgot about the commander. I don't even have another IJN commander to redistribute points on. My reserve was full and so he was dismissed. A warning pop up needs to be implemented.

Yep, really really sucks... I sat back and turned the game off. So disheartening.
